At BRIGHTSORA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You are eligible to return your items if:
The item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
The return request is made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Note: Sale items and personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at contact@brightsora.xyz within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Return Authorization: We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Ship the Item: Once you receive your return authorization, securely package the item and send it back to us. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements. If the return is approved:
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@brightsora.xyz with a description and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a free return and provide a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Sale or clearance items
Personalized or custom-made items
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
7. International Returns
For international orders, the return process is similar to domestic returns, but customers are responsible for any return shipping fees and customs duties. Please contact our customer service team to receive further details on international returns.
